What to Include in Your Request
To help us resolve your issue as quickly as possible, include:
Your name and practice name
The email address associated with your Bioscope account
A description of the issue — what you were trying to do, what happened, and what you expected
Screenshots (if applicable) — these are especially helpful for UI issues or error messages
Patient name or identifier (if the issue is related to a specific patient record)
Browser and device — e.g., Chrome on Mac, Safari on iPad
